Shipping policy
Each tote and product is handmade to order, just for you. All processing times are listed in each product's description. For example a product that says **ships in 5-7 business days** means the product will take up to 7 business days to complete, if not sooner.
Customer will receive a shipping notification by that deadline. All of our items are handcrafted and if by chance our processing time takes longer than expected, you will be notified immediately.
Special orders will be shipped as stipulated and communicated with the customer at time of purchase.
When your order is ready, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery time frames are usually 2-4 business days in the US, depending on the location of your city.
Free local delivery is available for ONLY West Seattle zip codes of 98116, 98136 & 98106 respectively. Local deliveries will receive an email with delivery date and estimated time frame for delivery. If the customer is not home, packages will be placed in the least visible and most covered area by your door.

We pack our orders with care and are not responsible for damaged or lost packages as a result of mishandling by the postal carrier.
