Partnerships that keep on giving and sustaining our local communities…and beyond.

Our friends at Refugee Artisan Initiative have been busy sewing these beautiful pins to raise funds for @redcrossukraine relief efforts. If you’d like to double your love (donation + wearing these pins in solidarity) please head to their refugeearts.org where you’ll find their online shop and these pins to purchase.

Here is the beautiful Diba, who escaped from Taliban three times. Now, she’s helping refugees in Ukraine with so much heart.

Diba is one of many talented and incredible artisans at RAI. In January, a group of four Impact West Seattle members nominated RAI to be a recipient of our women’s giving circle. Brynne, Shannon, Charlene and I presented to our giving circle on behalf of RAI along with other wonderful nominees. It’s where we learned about Diba and her story and shared it with Impact West Seattle. In the end, RAI was chosen as the recipient and awarded with over $18,000.

I’ve learned so much more about RAI since my partnership with them last year.  I loved working with them and are trusted #changemakers ✨ I encourage everyone to see all of their endeavors and the latest magic they are making over at their page.

Thank you!
